As a yoga teacher and self- practitioner my primary goal is to spread awareness about
the benefits of yoga practice to larger group of people.
I strive to guide and motivate my students in their yoga practice which subsequently
affect their goals in life such as to lose weight, to better manage their mental health
problems like anxiety and depression, to relieve physical discomfort
and to achieve advanced arm balance or inversion asanas.
I aim to provide my students with clear alignment instructions, comforting hands- on
adjustments and an inviting yoga practice.

Flow and connect with the breath
As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave.
As it provides varieties of pace, poses and intensity, it is suitable for everyone and most yogis' favourite.
The aim for hatha yoga is to find balance between ha (loosely referred to as sun energy) and tha (loosely referred to as moon energy).
A hatha yoga class typically involves a set of physical postures and pranayama techniques, practised more slowly and with more static posture holds.
